What do you like about working at Berry & Oak?
It’s a client-focused business which puts the clients at the forefront, but there is also a culture of valuing the people working here. Apart from that, we never go more than a week without having cake in the office which is a big plus.

There isn’t a typical day in the office as a Paraplanner – I could be working on Truth, our cashflow software and building cash flow plans for our clients, preparing Suitability Reports, conducting research on products or sitting on meetings. I also work closely with Andrew and Sarah to develop holistic financial plans for clients.
