Yorkshire Financial Awards 2019
Yorkshire is home to the UK’s premier financial hub outside of London. Last night was the inaugural Yorkshire Financial Awards which were developed to celebrate the incredible financial service profession and the achievements and successes of the best and brightest firms and individuals.
Berry & Oak were delighted to be shortlisted in 3 categories,
- Best Employer,
- Best Customer Service
- Financial Adviser Team of the Year.
The team have been so important in helping us provide excellent service to our clients, which has been the backbone of winning these awards, so we took the opportunity to take the whole Berry & Oak team to the awards, to celebrate with us.
We are very proud to be able to say that we won the Best Employer category. “Best Employer” was open to all providers of financial services in Yorkshire and recognised dedication to the development and welfare of staff, recognition received from staff and training providers and training initiatives and accreditation received or being worked towards. Winning this award this year really means a lot to us. We’ve put a lot of effort in over the last few years to make sure we are a fantastic company to work for, and the acknowledgement that we are Employer of the Year for 2019 in Yorkshire really is a big tick in the box for everything we’ve done to look after our staff.
To have also reached the final 5 for Best Customer Service and Financial Adviser Team of the Year for Yorkshire is also is something we are also very proud of.
Berry & Oak have been steadily investing in the team, to allow us to provide our clients with the best financial planning advice, answer technical queries and provide an excellent client experience. This award is a reflection of the hard work put in by all the team, who work tirelessly to support our clients. Thank you to the whole team.
These awards are incredibly important to us. Not just because it lets us know we’re on the right track, but also because it demonstrates to our clients and peers that we are constantly striving to be the best in the industry.
