“Adviser Firm of the Year 2019 – North East“
We are really proud to announce that hot on the heels of been crowned “New Model Adviser – Firm of the North 2019”, we were awarded the “Adviser Firm of the Year 2019 – North East“ by Professional Adviser.
The Professional Adviser awards were judged and voted on by an independent panel of industry experts, made up of financial advisers, business consultants, fund researchers, platform specialists and other financial services sector experts. This allowed them to look at the facts when compared with competitors and provide a non-biased assessment.
Sarah and Andrew were invited to attend the prestigious awards ceremony at the Brewery in London on 7th February 2019, alongside approx 450 other guests.
Berry & Oak have been steadily investing in the team, to allow us to provide our clients with the best financial planning advice, answer technical queries and provide an excellent client experience. Best Client Engagement – Highly commended
At the same awards we were also a finalist in the “Best Client Engagement” category, for the whole of the UK. Unfortunately, we were just pipped at the post, but we were awarded “Highly commended” (basically second place) and this is something we are very proud of as helping clients understand complex financial planning, is one of our key goals.
In order to win these awards, we have to work on complex, client case studies, providing comprehensive solutions and guidance, as well as explain what we are doing in the business in a number of areas for innovation, risk awareness, communication and skills development. This often takes a lot of time and we deliberately invest the time and effort so that we can demonstrate our knowledge and planning expertise externally, in the form of these awards and reassure our clients and professional circle, that they are dealing with the best team.
