To ensure we continue to offer you the best possible online security, we have recently introduced two-factor authentication (2FA) on the Berry & Oak Personal Finance Portal, which adds an additional layer of security when logging in.
2FA is a security feature that requires you to login across two stages. Your first stage will be to log in with something you know, this will be your usual password. The second stage will be with something you have, for example your mobile phone or an application on your pc.
Your PFP gives you access to all your finances 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can be accessed on any mobile or web device.
Secure messaging
With email and post increasingly open to being intercepted, we treat the security of the data you share with us with the utmost importance. PFP provides you with a secure messaging service, so you can quickly get in touch with your adviser and have the peace of mind of knowing that any information you share is encrypted and completely private.
A secure document vault
PFP provides you with a secure document vault, so you can store all your financial documents online where they are secure and fully backed up - much safer and more convenient than the bottom of the filing cabinet.
Access to open Banking
An additional service that enables you to collate information from bank accounts and credit cards, giving you powerful insights. You will also receive alerts into spending / saving habits and keep track on how you are progressing against goals you have set.
For advice on using the portal, see the information videos below. To activate your account, please contact us on clientservice@berryandoak.com.
