What does the day in the life of a Client Service Administrator look like?

Spreadsheets, plenty of coffee, and the occasional phone call to keep things interesting. It is busy, varied, and never boring.

What are your top three life highlights so far?

• Seeing Tottenham crowed European champions.
• Moving to Shrewsbury, despite not knowing where it was, having never visited prior.
• Accidently turning away Phil Vickery from a food festival which he was the headliner of.

What is an ability you wish you had?

To be able to run a bath at just the right temperature and not to have it far too hot or far too cold.

What’s currently top of your bucket list?

• Booking a trip to Benidorm to watch the first ten days of the World Cup – I would rather watch it there than in the US.
• And, somewhat unusually, winning a tray of meat in a raffle.

What’s the one talent you have, that people would be surprised to know about you?

Oddly good at identifying flags. (As are most young males with experience playing Fifa.)
