What do you like about working at Berry & Oak?

The people, definitely! I love coming into the office as I really enjoy working with such a friendly, supportive and approachable team. There’s a great balance of professionalism and personality which makes it a lovely place to work. I also love that no two days are the same so there’s always something new to learn.

What does the day in the life of a Client Service Administrator look like?

Every day is slightly different which is one of the things I enjoy most about the role. There’s a mixture of communicating with clients, liaising with providers to obtain information, preparing files for client appointments and supporting the wider team. I also find it interesting sitting in on client meetings and understanding how Berry & Oak can help their clients through their financial journey but also meeting the clients in person as well as doing work behind the scenes for them.

What are your top three life highlights so far?

1. Taking a few big leaps outside my comfort zone
2. Travelling and experiencing new places
3. Becoming an auntie for the first time to my twin nieces

What is an ability you wish you had?

Learning anything almost instantly

Seeing as many countries as possible
