Joining Berry & Oak in October 2025, Ayrton brings five years of experience in the Financial Services industry. His role is varied but is mainly focused in helping new, potential and existing clients. He is currently responsible for the management of After Appointments and Letters of Authorities.

At home

Ayrton has always been a keen sports enthusiast. He actively plays padel and tennis and previously played football for Farsley, competing internationally and achieving top three finishes in tournaments across France and Holland. In his spare time, he is also a passionate Formula 1 fan due to being captivated by the sport’s mix of precision and high-speed strategy.

What does the day in the life of a Client Service Administrator look like?

Each day brings something new, with tasks that can vary from week to week. A typical day involves managing client requests, liaising with providers, preparing client files for upcoming appointments, handling post-appointment follow-ups and supporting Andrew and Sarah with any additional / bespoke tasks as and when needed.

What are your top three life highlights so far?

  • Two three-week holidays: In July 2025, a trip to Bali with my girlfriend where we stayed in Ubud and Uluwatu and in July 2019, a European road trip with three friends where we stayed in 11 different countries.
  • Working with an Olympian
  • Passing RO1 with 92.86%

What is an ability you wish you had?

The power to communicate with animals of every kind.

What’s currently top of your bucket list?

Stay in an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora or the Maldives.

Which song gets you on the dancefloor?

“Night Fever” by the Bee Gees – my go-to John Travolta moment when the music hits.

What’s the one talent you have, that people would be surprised to know about you?
